Electromobile at less coast

Look at the scheme below. Using this scheme no need to include the battery price into the electromobile price. Batteries can be owned by owners of replacing/recharging station chains. The electromobile price fall considerably. The battery price fall considerably too because a time of charging become of no concern.

Don't recharge - replace battery

Tesla (http://www.teslamotors.com) is out. It is time to think about an electric car for ordinary people. Friends told me that a main problem is in a long battery recharging time.

My idea: don't recharge - replace battery, like in a pocket light. Run-down batteries can be recharged on place. In this case recharging time has no matter, so batteries can be cheaper. Above I propose a scheme to reconstruct existing fuel stations into recharging stations.
